I have to say I'm having fun tinkering with my Burgman. 18gm DPS, Leo 4Road, power commander, and the Hit Clutch. Just kinda at my end with this clutch jerkin and hopping off the line, experimenting with the springs wouldn't be so bad if it weren't so labor intensive, I'm just about ready to take the loss and s*%#t can it. I know that Mallossi and Polini make them for the Burgman, but finding one seems to be an issue. I have the 2009 model, does anybody have one on their bike and/or know where I can get one?

I changed out the springs on one for joes4750, and it did no good. What worked was to use a file and remove the high spots on the pads. The difference was immediate. Smooth engagement as it should be. Positive lockup at @2800 rpms.

Sounds like what mine was doing.

The HiT comes with some rings added in the pkg which are to be used when installing on scooters other than the Burgman. Once I had the erroneous ring removed, it worked great.

Could that be it?
