How do you add signature and change your profile pic?

Don't feel bad, jvinzki - I ran into exactly the same problem when I first joined up. The problem is that you're hitting Edit Profile Picture in the User CP. Try hitting Edit Avatar which is just three links below it. Conveniently, Edit Signature is the next one under Edit Avatar.
