I'm not a "paint and body" guy, so please be patient. I have removed my "front leg shield" (the largest piece of tupperware on my '03 650) so that I can have a lot of little cracks welded and some other repairs done. I have NO idea how/why/when it cracked, but it was sometime while I was riding it last summer/fall. Maybe hit a pothole or took a set of railroad tracks too fast. Anyway . . . when the welding is done, I'll have to repaint that piece. How much paint should it take? I see that the Colorrite website offers half-pint, pint, and quart sizes. While I'm at it, I may touch up a few things, or even paint the wheels (Thanks, LeDude, for that idea).
Thanks for your advice.
