How do you send a message that is in draft form?

Go into the user control panel at the top left of the forum page and left click.

Overview Tab, Manage Drafts.

Towards the right of the Draft Title, under the date, there are 2 options. "Load Draft" & "View/Edit".
When you Load the draft, you can choose where it's to be posted.

When you post a reply, there is an option to save as a draft, instead of posting. This way, if you have a lengthy post/reply, it can be done in steps.
