With the battery in the glove box how do you hook up an electric vest?

Remove the battery cover and use a round file to make the appropriate size groove to allow the wires to feed through the lid when it is in place. Add an in-line fuse and a off/ on switch if the vest did not come with one.

Cheers
Both Gerbing and Widder provide the inline fuse and switch gear.

That seems like a strange location for a battery though... The under seat placement of the 650 battery is much more convenient.

Paul - as we used to say -'No good fighting the white' - thats where it is and thats that.

An alternative to cutting the lid would be to take a direct feed from the battery and mount a thingamig for dividing the circuit to services someone posted a pic here recently.
