I saw a picture of a 2009 Burgman 400 with 2 donut holes the size of a golf ball in the drivers back cushion. They had a plastic looking round border around the hole. What do you think that is, or is for?

You may have observed and are referring to a bike where they have removed the butt rest. This leaves two holes that the butt rest mounting arrangement passes through.
