I need to replace the throttle sleeve on my 2004 650.

I found this on Ebay : http://www.cafr.ebay.ca/itm/2006-20...rcycles_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3f276b41bc

but the seller say that it is for a 2006-2008. I doubt that there are two design of throttle sleeve between 2003 and 2008 but I'd rather have other opinions before placing an order. It looks exactly like the one I have but it might be something like diameter that is slightly different and that can't be identify on a picture.

Have you cross-referenced the part number? I do that on any part, whether it's for my Burgman or my 90 Isuzu. Just see if the same part number is listed for all the years. Not rocket science. Somebody here can do it but I found it's easiest to just cross reference the parts. Just go to an Suzuki Burgman site, look up the part number for an 06-08, THEN look up the same part for an 04. If it's the SAME number, you have a match. If not, then you know.

03 - 12 all have the same part # so you should be fine.

Yes they have the same part no.
