I have a trouble with my burgman, when i go at a low speed in the city traffic and after i close gas, then sometimes the engine stalls when i give gas again.
At suzuki service they say it doesn't happen to them. I had this trouble 8 times in 500 km about. The scooter is new and is an L2. Did someone have the some trouble and any idea to solve it?
Thanks :)

Two questions...
1. What is the warm idle speed?
2. At what RPM does the clutch engage?

Are you waiting for the instruments to finish the start up thing if not try doing
that as starting before they finish can result in the ECU using pre-programmed
settings rather than real time.

My 2010 model did it a few times till it was fully run in, never done it since.

You mean if i start before it is completely warm with the heat arrow indicator in the middle?

No when you turn it on the clocks go full over then settle back don't actually
start the engine till they have.

That time allows the fuel pump to work. Just turn the key to on without starting the engine and you will hear the fuel pump below working for a few seconds.

That may not be the cause of your problem, but if it is, it might explain why the mechanics found nothing wrong.

You will hear the pump start then stop that's when to start it, I have to make myself
wait as if I don't I will hit the starter to soon.

That has happened to me before. Ralph is right, if you do not wait a few seconds after turning the key on mine will die when I back off the gas in about 2 or 3 min. I put it on the forum here and Ralph told me that and so the next day I hit the key and started it with out waiting, sure enough it died at the first corner when I backed out of it. restarted just fine and runs fine. Mine will do it every time if I do not wait.
