Purchased my 650 about 5 months ago. It is my first bike - so with no other comparison - its great. Advice to first bike riders - take the safety course offered by most DMV's. I was much more confident on my bike after the course and that's to say nothing of the possible insurance rate reduction as a result.

Hi,
I have an AN400 and I took the MSF Course at LenoirCC last month. I just got back from riding up to LCC in Kinston this morning. I wanted to reride the course with my Burgman. They were holding a class so I stopped to talk to the rookies. They enjoyed seeing my scooter and was amazed by its size and speed. When I told them it had a big brother, they were shocked. Anyway, hope to wave at you sometime on the road.
