They say face masks save lives …. it wouldn’t hurt to keep a couple in a ziplock bag.

And rubber gloves (also useful while doing maintenance on the bike, but save a few pairs for biohazard use anyhow).

Great start, it’s nice it’s packed in a dry bag.
I think you’re more likely to render aid to another
than using the kit for yourself … so pack accordingly.

That's an important point.

Also, anti-emetics/anti-diarrheal meds in case of foodborne illness.
