Are you saying that only one comes on? On my 2006 both lows light up and both highs do too. Maybe a loose connection or a bad bulb.

If he has a 2007 model only one headlight works during low beam operation, Suzuki implemented dual low beam operation from 2008 on.

Thanks for reply guys.... I previously owned a 2008 Yamaha Zuma with same problem , but was able to make a jumper of sort and then had both low beams. Found instructions on Youtube. Im sure someone has corrected this problem on the 2007 Burgman 400 ??

Welcome brother! I too just moved from a 2008 Zuma. On my Zuma I had a Zumalights harness.

Goggle '07 Burgman 400 Headlihts and you should find your answer there. Several methods discussed in threads.

Use a relay, and jumper the other from the other, mine works a treat.
