Day number 7 of constant rain here in the Bluegrass with severe flash flood warnings. It continues to come down so hard and fast that it is standing on the road at least an inch deep. The extended forecast shows storms every day until next Saturday!!!! Typically we are experiencing extremely dry conditions this time of year. All I can do is sit on the bike in the garage making "vroom vroom" sounds :( and read the forum :)

This is a good time to double-check
your maintenance on the scooter.

Good idea. New to check the tire pressure and probably given the visible fasteners a check. Sure wish my Givi AF226 would arrive - would be a great time to install that too!

I'm in the middle of swapping tires out, so its not so bad with the rain. But this much?

We should go over to the farmer's forums and see all the raving about the rains.... hope it helps the yields out this year....:happy6:

I'll gladly take some of that rain off your hands if you will send it this way. We've been experiencing cooler than normal temperatures but no rain for several weeks now.

Yes I did MJ. Still getting used to it, but it will be my tire of choice for a long time. It's like getting used to a new pair of shoes. Eventually they will become your favorite pair. I am hoping for a 40,000 mile pair.

Will try to send it to you. Much more rain and I will need to put pontoons on my Burgman to ride it around here.

LOL! We got a break in the weather today - a small window of sun with temps in the low 70s. Managed to get an 80 mile run in before the heavens opened up and the rain started again. I am a happy camper again. Hopefully that will sustain me for the next few days! :D

I know how you feel - I bought my 2013 Burgman 400 a week ago - and it has rained EVERY day since then!
But I have managed to ride it most of those days (only to work one day)

My friends have started calling me Rainmaker

Hi N1HS - I am not real active - but the other day when in my car I heard someone call out that said they were on a motorcycle and listening .
I gave him a shout and guess what - he was on a Burgman 400!
I guess he had a VOX in his helmet

We got a break in the rain today here in south-central Kentucky. But the temps are back over 90 degrees with high humidity (normal for us this time of year). Still, I got the bike out. Thought about washing it then decided to go for a ride instead. Feels good.
