:confused:I know you don't ground to the frame on a V-Strom because of dissimilar metals. Is it OK to do so on a Burgman? I haven't been under and around the thing enough yet to see where all the grounds go.

I run separate ground wires, the same way the factory does. To me it's an issue of having low resistance, reliable conductors, not the galvanic corrosion worry.

The frame is not a reliable ground. There is no dedicated ground wire from it to the battery, only to the engine and the engine mounts mostly insulate the engine from the frame. Some that have tried to use it as a ground have ended up with electrical components that sometimes did not work. I would suggest running a separate ground wire.
