Hello from Singapore!

New Burgman 650 Executive owner here. Just collected my bike from the dealer yesterday 6 Dec 2014. Have not named her yet. Did about 50km the first day, and so far loving it, especially the underseat storage. Find myself turning wide a couple of times, but with a little more saddle time, should get the hang of it.

Traded in my 09 Bonneville for the Burgman, hope I won't miss manual shifting!

Great forum here, lots of useful information which helped me decide on the Burgman.

I rarely hear Burgman riders complain about NOT shifting. It puts a lot of the fun back into riding as you don't have to think about it, just twist and go. You can concentrate on actually riding instead of what gear you need to be in.

Please be sure to post pictures. I'm sure Singapore is a beautiful place.

congratulations and Welcome to BUSA from sunny Los Angeles.

Lived in Singapore for 10 years in the 70's. Wish the Burg had been around back then. But, what an amazing city. Love Singapore!
