I believe, I have cured the scratches the occur in our glove boxes. You can go to Sears, Home Depot etc... and purchase tool box liners, or router bench pads, these are the liners that have little holes in them and come on a roll approx. 5-6' in length, cost roughly $6.00. These will hold your cell phones, glasses etc. from slidding around in the compartments. I recently outfitted mine, haven't ridden with it yet, but this stuff is like glue. I feel this should fix alot of complaints with the thrashing around that happens in them. If someone else has already mentioned this...sorry
I was thinking about this for a week now and finally completed it.
Enjoy!

:D Brilliant :!:

I use similar stuff under my saddlebags on the Burgman 650 to prevent scratching and movement of the bags while in motion. Never thought of lining the compartments with it. Can even use it under the seat to reduce movement of objects there. Great tip, Thanks! :)
