Instructions shamelessly stolen from Allan (allwalk):
If you go to the gallery and follow the instructions for mounting the Givi top case but substitute your backrest you will be all set. They both use the same mounting holes that are pre-marked on the underside of the bodywork. http://burgmanusa.com/gallery/Givi-Mount-Install
