In the Burgman manual (for a K3) it states the following.....

FUEL, OIL AND ENGINE COOLANT RECOMMENDATION
FUEL (FOR USA AND CANADA)
Use only unleaded gasoline of at least 87 pump octane (R + M)/2 or 91 octane or higher rated by the
research method.

Does this mean I can use Regular gas (87 octane) or do I need to use Super (93 octane) in my Burgie??

Welcome to the forum. But about two topics below this one, at this time is another GAS question. Use 87 if that is regular grade in your area, or 85 in the higher elevations like Denver CO.

You will get 1000's of "EXPERT" answers. Everyone had a built in Butt Dyno, but when was the last time it was calibrated????

"Oh, I get better mileage using...."

"My ANxxx runs better on......"

"I have done a back to back test with....."

"E-10 is the devils spawn" ...............

The 87 pump octane is fine... I don't know but about 3 people who actually know what the research octane numbers are for US refined automotive gasoline.
