Just make sure it is designed to work with wet clutches.
Look for the JASO MA rating.

Other than viscocity...is there any difference between Motorcycle Oil and Car oil?
Yes, whether or not its suitable for wet clutch use. When I bought my first Burgman I used regular oil bought at the auto parts store but since the newer oils use a friction modifier that is not good for wet clutch use. The clutch in the 650 has a wet clutch that shares oil with the engine and has to be rated for that use, usually a JASO MA rating.
