Revise the 50 mpg upper limit on the 05 650 fuel meters to something well above what the scooter is likely to achieve. Suggest 65 mpg. I hope that this a software fix that can be retrofitted to those already in service. Even if it is not just a software change it should be fixed.

Yes. That really is shortsighted of Suzuki. Even a little dumb. Heck, even my wife's Volvo registers up to 99 mpg (going downhill).

I agree!!. Most of the time my milage reading is at 50.0 indicating that I am somewhere above that level. Perhaps 65 or 70 mpg would be a good level if it is necessary to pick a cut off level. Great feature which could be improved with a minor adjustment. When you get this changed enable us to have it modified on the existing 2005 650's.

Why even program in a limit? Just let the machine do the math and display the answer. What point does that cap serve, anyway? It's not like they'd need to add a digit to the display just for this, or am I missing something?

add my vote to the need to have the MPG go up to 99
