The winter riding is really taking its toll on the 650, the front LH disc is slightly binding, not enough to slow the bike, I can still easily push the scoot, but it is definitely binding slightly.
Does anyone know the procedure for fixing it.....

How old and how many miles (Kilometers) ?

It sounds like the pads don't retract as far as they should. Possible corrosion from road dirt, or salt, it may just need a good cleaning up front.

If the bike is older than 2 years, contamited or old brake fluid might cause that.

How old and how many miles
11 months and 2900 miles
Just been to the bike shop to see when my new supermoto (DR-Z400SM :) ) is coming in, and mentioned it to the mechanic, he said it was not bad, but could do with the pads etc cleaning etc so it is going in next Tuesday.

One thing he did say was, Suzuki has told them NOT to use copper grease on any brake components etc they use a 'special' grease that suzuki supplys to the shops....

Sounds like a good cleaning is all it needs.
Cold weather is hard on all vehicles. Keeping up (being anal) on the fluids, and lubes, in cold weather is espically helpfull.

As for the grease, Suzuki may be trying to sell a product, but I would go with the mechanics recomendation. If there is a future problem, it's his baby.
