I don't have Freeze-out glove liners but I have Cold-Killer liners which seem to be the same thing sold by a different company.

This isn't where I got mine but it will give you information on them.

They help but if it's cold enough the cold will eventually make it's way through. I figure they give me another 10 to 15 degrees of protection over what standard fleece glove liners provide.

I have the need to replace the glove liners I have had for 30 years as they are worn out. I hate to replace them go but they are now worthless. They are a silk and metal woven fiber glove use for skiing that I can't find anymore. If the glove stopped the wind the liner worked perfectly allowing me to ski or ride down to below freezing temps.
