I need to change my fork oil and redo, or at least tighten my head bearings on my 03 400. I haven't done it before and was wondering the difficulty of the job.
Scale of 1 to 10 for someone who does general maintenance and is somewhat mechanically inclined (who can also follow directions pretty well). I do have access to the manual.
Also wondering if anyone has made a tutorial for it yet.
I have overhauled a car engine or two and replaced clutches etc. on cars. Redone rollers and belt, rebuilt master cylinders, valves, tires, chains, etc on Burgman/bikes.
I also need to do this on my ST, but the Burgmans probably needs it more (and I though it good to start there). Do it myself, or take it somewhere? Thanks, Tom

Replacing fork oil and adjusting the bearings is a pretty simple job. If you have rebuilt a engine you should have no problem with it.
