I work in a car factory, so it's natural for me to wonder how Burgman's are built. Specifically, I was wondering if there was some kind of rubber shoe or other device used to kick brand-new Burgmans off the end of the assembly line.

If so, that device could properly be termed a rubber baby Burgie bumper.

Try saying that 5 times real fast!

I was riding home from Spokane yesterday, taking a few curves faster than I should, when a song popped into my head:

I was out for a ride, but not in my car.
Already ridden kind of far.
There on the road straight ahead
A Harley was stalled; his engine was dead!
I couldn't stop so I swerved to the right.
I'll never forget the sound that night!
The cryin' tires! The joyous laugh!
The gleeful scream as I rode past!

Well where oh where can my Burgman take me?
No one can pry it away from me.
I'll go to Heaven and it's gonna be good
If I can ride my Burgman when I leave this world!

I'm thinking about installing a steam driven catapult in my garage for the Burgie. Do you have a part number for your bumper? Might just be the item I need!

I dunno why you would need any of this catapult stuff. I mean, am I the only one that has a Burgman with "warp drive?" Most people don't know about it because I usually just use the impulse engines around town, saving the warp drive for high speed interstate work.

I'm thinking a Burgman can out accellerate a catapult. Maybe we should look more at the tail hook concept for approaching the garage too fast.

I think several of us have warped drives.

Oh, warp drive.

Nevermind!

Interesting language, this "English", eh!
