Hello, I've a UH125 burgman and I've a question. A couple of months ago the exhaust pipe broke and I tried to repair it using a special paste to joining the exhaust pipe, but it broke again. In the garage the man repaired it very well soldering it. But it lasted no more than 1 month and it has broke again. It always broke in the union from the exhaust pipe to the silencer. The guy recommended to me to replace all the exhaust system by a new one. My question is if you know about a solution to prevent to replace it.

The only reason it keeps breaking is because of the flexing that must be going on at that connecting point.
A new Exhaust would help but I wonder if there is a frame crack that is making it flex more than usual. :?
It could also be due to riding rough roadways as well.
Make sure all the hardware is tight on all points of the exhaust and bracket to help eliminate any extra flexing....and on the motor mounts.

That's a cute little Baby Burgman you have there. Your exhaust sounds like it just needs some money thrown at it in the form of a good weld job and a reworking of the supporting clamps. I'd hate to think that you have a broken frame weld but I guess that's always possible to. Let us know how it turns out for you please.

If the silencer is mounted the same as the 400 with 1 bolt on top and 2 beneath
have a look if all are present and tight, seen 2 400's with loose bolts.

Well, 1 bolt brokes 2 weeks ago. I think something is wrong with the suspension or the shock absorbers. I think the motorbike is flexing more than others. I haven't noticed a change since I bought it (a year ago). But I think it not as strong as it should be.

I will check the points that all of you said to me and I will buy a new stronger clamp.
