Hey guys I have an 08 400. So I installed my yoshi exhaust a few months back and I love the sound. It is loud and sounds great except if you remove the silencer then it's just too much. Anyway I love it.

But the problem is I never new where to put the exhaust gasket since it was just one solid pipe and not split like the stock system. I found the stock exhaust gasket still on the stock system so that means my bike hasn't ever has the gasket on since I installed the yoshi........Do I really need to put a gasket on? It doesn't sound like there are any leaks or anything also I can't really smell any exhaust from the header either.

Should I rip it all apart and start over with the gasket? I'm not even sure where to put the gasket now either.

Help would be appreciated!!

trash it, they are only there to make it quiet by eliminating exhaust leaks
