Just got a Burgman 400 in the last week or so. I've taken it around the nieghborhood a couple of times now and I'm having a problem that the engine stalls every so often when it's stopped/idle. The shop tells me it may need to be adjusted to idle higher.

My question is... What's a typical RPM for idle on these bikes?

I went ahead and adjusted the idle to around 1500 (it was around 1300 before). It's helped immensely... and it doesn't stall on the road anymore once it's warmed up. However the scoot still seems to stall a few times while it warms up unless I sit there and rev it a bit manually. Is this normal?
