:confused:This probably sounds stupid, but I can't get the thing off. I removed the single screw, but all the edges are stuck tight and I can't figure out how to pry it up. I don't want to break anything so I hope someone here can tell me what to do next.

I assume you are talking about the cover over the hump of the Burgman 650. Once the screw is removed, you then take your finger and pull out on the bottom back edge of the cover. You will find that this area snaps in so sometimes you have to pull a little hard to get it off.

On the sides at the bottom, towards the rear, you should see an indent on each side. Place a finger in ea., and pull firmly away from the center, (out)that should release the snaps, and spread the hump cover out, so it can be lifted up.

As it is plastic, some finagling is required at times.

Note: When re-installing, pay special attention to the thin tabs at the lower front of the cover. They sometimes don't like to go in the thin slot.
