I could be jumping the gun this morning, but I don't think so.
I received an email this morning with an enclosed link from [email protected] - Stacey's former email address. I am assuming the link is to some virus link as I don't recognize anything in it. It's a sick way of doing things, but sick people are out there doing sick things.
Please contunue to be careful with your email.
RIP Stacey! Even though I never had the priviledge to meet you (outside of BurgmanUSA), you were a good friend!

I find that odd, but not uncommon. I know his wife still uses that email some. I know that BurgmanRiders has had that issue and the Burgman Yahoo interest group has major issues with spam email.

It is fairly easy to spoof a "from" address on an email and it is standard practice with malware.

It is possible that a common contact has a virus and the message came from their machine, the from Address would be picked at random from the address book on their machine.

No doubt your "from" address has been used too

I know I'm not being much help but it might shed some light on what is going on.

That has happened to me 100's of times.............!!!!! Before you even open the email - just point at the address with your mouse and it will tell you where the email really came from............works for me..
