Hello.I have an 2006 Burgman 400 S . I did connectet the battery the wrong way ! I did put in a new 30A fuse., and now Unit is not getting power to the ignition fuse ! ., Unit will not power on the diagnostic tool ! ., Check light in ON the display and does not go out ! Help , Thanks

Big NO.....Must not happen.
I suspect that any remedy is going to cost $$$. Sorry.

I remember in the "old days" to tell if your alternator is working in your car you could disconnect the negative cable while it was running to see if it would keep running on the alternator. I don't think you can do that anymore.

jus being hopeful, is the kill switch in the correct position, the sidestand switch working correctly etc some parts of the ecu are working if you are getting a chec display
