Yes they are loads of ebay scams around. BurgerKings are a common scam item - funnily enough

This one is unusual in that he does have feedback(In Italian, English and German/Dutch - with strange multiple feedbacks with the same date time group), going back to 2002, albeit he could have scammed that as well. It is also unusual in that he is taking paypal normally Western Union or similar figures large in the scams. OR this could be a hijacked account.

Even if this was a genuine auction I would strongly suspect that these goods are hot as they are emminently 'transportable' particularly with trailers. :wink:

There are 2 sayings that apply:

1. Let the buyer beware.
2. If it sounds too good to be true - it probably isn't.

Feedback at one time meant something but now days you can buy 100 dollars worth of 10cent seed packets (one at a time) and get a great feedback--this guy looks like he did something like that since a lot of the feedback are from the same name or names.

If you want to take all four jetski's, the total price is US $7,800,

The shipping will be done via air cargo, then once the jetski will

The shipping takes 6-8 days, depending on departure days of the flight.
Before shipping takes place you have to make a deposit for the entire
amount. Please note that I will not ship until the deposit is made.
If you don't like the jetski, no question asked, you will cancel the

Anytime you think an ebay auction might be a scam, yet you are interested in the item, you can always use an escrow service to make sure you get the item before the seller gets paid. Most sellers of expensive items (if they are not scam artists) should be wiling to use escrow.

The original ebay desciption also gave the location as USA (IIRC).

It is defo a scam!

Beware there are fake escrow services too!

Yeah it was a scam because it has been ended by the good ole Ebay Police and now says "invalid item".
