Drive belt and brakes - when should you change them

I have 8700 miles on my bike. Most of the miles have been in town. Should I be looking at changing my drive belt already and brakes? I did have the change out my rear tire.

Suzuki says 14,500 on the belt most folks on this site get 20k-25k. I went 22.5k on mine. Sold my 400 with 46k & still had the OEM pads. You should be fine with both. :thumbup:
