I've had a bad experience with gssuzuki. I ordered a part on 8-21-14. 1 small part to see what kind of service I would get before trusting someone with a higher dollar amount order. My total was about 25.00. I called the on 9-2-14 and they said my part had shipped and would send me the tracking number. They didnt, so I called back the next day and he said he would send it. he didnt, so I called today. He said he is a one man show. I talked with the manager and he said he would get me the tracking number and call me back. He didn't. I called back and talked with the manager again. At this point my feathers are ruffled. He offered to refund my money and wanted my credit card number. Of course I wasn't about to. I had lost trust with these people and their service. I told him to send me a check. he refused.
They could not or would not prove to me the item had shipped. I can only hope at this point it's on the way. It's only 300 miles from this dealer and should have been here by now.
Avoid them like the plague.
Sorry guys, I had to vent.

Dispute the charge with the credit card company.
Explain the situation. They will probably refund your charge.

Odd that he said he is a one man show. Their website lists five people and I would guess they employ even more.

to burghman - sorry you are getting the run around! I once ordered some parts and it took over 3 months for the last one to get to me.

Odd that he said he is a one man show. Their website lists five people and I would guess they employ even more.
Probably just one guy in charge of internet sales.

I had the same problem not getting a shipping number. But, I did eventually get the part. So, that kinda put me off too, but, getting a real good price, I couldn't complain too much. I know I'm the one that suggested them and am sorry to hear you had an equally bad expierence. I've got no ties to them at all. Just saw good prices and passes it along.

I once ordered some parts and it took over 3 months for the last one to get to me.
I wanted to clarify that this order was from a different shop and not GSSuzuki. I just realized it sounds like I was saying the order was with them - it was not. In fact it was several years ago and the parts were for my Yamaha Zuma. The shop in that deal was SP Moto. Needless to say I never did business with them again.
