I've mentioned before that I'm 6'5" 300+ lbs. Well I've noticed a squeal sound coming from the scoot (08 Suzuki Burgman 400) as I'm riding. The bike only has a lil over 3000 miles on it so it shouldn't be the cvt belt should it? Also I notice the scooter almost feels as if it's gonna shake apart at high speeds. Could it be the fact that I'm a big guy and the bike has a heavier load to manage? The tire pressures are fine...any ideas or input?

Don't 'feather' the throttle on take-off. That just allows the clutch
shoes to slide instead of grabbing. It is the sliding-before-lockup that
causes the squealing & burning smell, & also causes premature wear
in the clutch shoes. The quicker the clutch locks up, the less noise
& wear will result.

you are still under the bikes max weight capabilities, I think it's time to crack open the cvt and look around a bit, at 3000 you probably are due a good dusting out at the least, videos in the bkb make it simple even if you are not mechanically minded and if you don't have the tools, get them, your doing your own maintenance in the future will pay for them many many times over :!: and they are shiny too  :D

As far as shaking at high speeds..................sounds like you may need to have the wheels re-balanced...!!!!!!
