Im wondering if anyone makes a passenger backrest "fill in" panel for a 03-06 burgman 400? Ive seen them on the 07 body style, where its just flush in the back with no passenger backrest, one picture i saw even had pillion handles that wrapped around the tail as one big piece and in the very back there was like an additional little tail light built into the piece..it was really a nice piece, and looked so nice that they may even be factory suzuki parts but i don't know much about the other models of burgmans and what options they came with. Has anyone seen this on a 03-06? or does anyone know what i am referring too? I would post pics but im use to hosting the images on like photobucket and just posting the img tags but it wont work on this forum for some reason, but ill keep trying to post pics of what im talking about.

Thank you for posting those links, i knew about partzilla but not the ronayers site..I could not find what i was looking for on there but after extensive research I've discovered what i think is the answer to my own question..I think that the part im looking for was only ever available for the 2006 400 S or "sport" edition, which makes sense considering the sport model would likely not be used to carry a passenger so they made this fill in panel to give it a much more "sporty" look in my opinion.. Unfortunately to buy everything i would need to install it, it would cost me like $300 in parts and id still have to buy paint and clear coat to be able to spray the panel to match my bike..I thought it would be nice to have both and swap them on and off depending on if i had a passenger or not..

The "S" model spoiler uses a different subframe and trim piece around the seat lock (and has a "3rd" LED brakelight). I got lucky and found one complete except for the trim panel ($20) for $65 shipped:

It is made of cast aluminum, the subframe is a steel weldment, all quite robust...
