I live in Europe. I've searched on google and I cannot find a lot like that.
But.. have you seen any digital version? I know that other burgmans come with digital speedometer, but I want to know if it's possible to replace mechanical one with a digital one.

There are numerous suppliers of aftermarket instrumentation servicing the custom build market.

Below are a couple of links to items available in the US ( I don't know if they'd ship to Europe), that I found in less than five minutes of searching.
I'm not saying such things are cheap, or easy to install, but they are available, and seem to fit the criteria you first specified.

I'd search European suppliers, and see what their prices are like, and see if you can find anything that suits your needs and budget.

Units like these are universal..........

One of the reasons that I said they may not be easy to install, is all will have to be calibrated, and that may be a complicated process, and may require additional equipment.

Because I prefer digital to analog. Today I've opened the burgman and I've put a couple of screws that were removed. So, at the moment the speedo is in its own place and at the moment it works.

As an eye doctor - it is much easier to glance at the position of a needle on the speedo than to focus on a number.!!!!!!!!
