I have been to the track a couple of times this week and each time the 650s have been well represented in the parking lot. Lots of interesting colors and modifications. Wish I could be as enthusiastic about the 2013 that Suzuki is displaying but I am not impressed. No model to test ride.

I went to a motorcycle show and saw the new Burgman. I was not impressed with it or the price they wanted. However I also saw the BMW scooter. It impressed me a great deal and the wife was too. But at 10,500 it is expensive. This price it come with heated grips and seat.

On heated grips- I ride with a friend who has the BMW scooter and he says heated grips are nice but heated gloves are better and of course can be transferred from bike to bike. Just an alternative.
