Has anyone tried coloring their brake levers? I saw some in the store today and thought they looked neat, but of course not for the Burgman. I was thinking about painting or powder coating. What might be best?

If they are aluminum (and I think they are) why not pull them off and take them to a local metal plater? They can anodize them many different colors.

Ray............!!!!!!! Why NOT for a Burgman.??? Aren't our bikes cool enough for stuff like that.??

The bikes are, of course, cool enough. The problem is that accessory makers haven't figured that out!

I took mine off & buffed them to a mirror finish. The do tarnish after a while but it's easy to redo them once a year.
