I doubt it, most hand soaps have things in them that would cause streaking on the fce shield. I clean my whole Nolan with Pledge, face shield and all.

just put it on and get in the shower like all the other helmets

dangigt Tom it's April showers, April showers, not febuary showers, now that your mayan calendar has expired how are you going to keep track of anything ?

Yes, I've been cleaning face shields on helmets with it since the late 70s when I started riding. An article in a motorcycle magazine recommended. Said it was one of the few things available at that time that would clean without damaging the plastic. Since I have always had good results with it I continue to use it. I use the same thing to clean the windshield on my bike.

Interesting, will try it myself. Have been using the stuff I use for my hdtv screen but will switch to Pledge.
