To whoever,

When I try to respond to PM, or generate a new one to someone, I keep getting the following error:

Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 451 qq exceeds IPW throttling limit (#4.3.0)

DEBUG MODE

Line : 200
File : smtp.php

Anyone know what's going on?

Actually, if you check your 'outgoing' box, you should find that the message is there and waiting for the recipient to read it. In fact, there may be a few copies if you resent it. It's a false error message you're getting, but the moderators know about it:

Correct. But check both your outbox and sentbox. Mail sits in the outbox until read by the recipient, at which time it moves to your sentbox. If duplicate messages are still sitting in your outbox, you can delete the duplicates before the recipient picks them up.

You're right! It is in my 'outbox' - several times. I deleted all but one. Good thing the recipient hasn't picked it up yet.
Thanks!
