The standard way of linking to such pictures is to label the link NSFW (Not Safe For Work)

Don't worry, I just link to this picture

To do that, you click on "reply", "go advanced" and then on the skewed A in the upper right corner of the gray box to switch editor mode.

Then you write (without the dots) [...URL= url address of picture..]Label text, for instance NSFW[..../url]

This is NSFW, but only just
