I was sifting through many photos in the Gallery section and came across mention that a company MotorCycle Cruise from Australia has cruise controls for the Burgman. Appears to be available only for the Burgman 650. I popped off an email requesting US pricing info. Web site says it became available as of May '05.

Website says that "The order in which kits are developed or redeveloped is based on firm orders being placed." I guess that means for you 400 owners, dig out your credit card and start ordering. The more orders the faster the application I'd guess. More info at...

Hi Bill,

The Suzuki AN650 Burgman cruise kit is available. As far as I know we do
not get a 400 here in Australia, so I do not know whether the kit could
fit.
It definitely will NOT fit the 250 Burgman though - we know that for sure.

The price is $693.03AUD plus shipping of $71.67UD. This is approx $581USD
at the current exchange rate.

You can pay using VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners) or you can buy
the
kit through your local dealer - just ask himn to contact us.

We suggest emailed credit card info is sent in two emails - one with card
name and number and the second with the expiry date. We do NOT need the
number on the back of the card.

Delivery typically takes about 7-10 days.

We need the following details to accept an order from you.

1. The EXACT make, model and year of the motorcycle or ATV.
2. Your name.
3. Shipping address (must be a physical address, not a P.O. Box).
4. Phone number.
5. The type of credit card - Visa or Mastercard.
6. The Name on the credit card.
7. The credit card number. And

8. In a SECOND, separate email - your name and the card expiry date.

The kit is designed to enable owner installation. You do need to be
reasonably competent with a spanner, but there is nothing very difficult
about the installation.

We have two brochures available on our web site about the cruise at
http://www.mccruise.com/bike_range.html. The first describes the cruise in
general terms, the second is about the installation and includes
photographs of the installation.

I have attached the installtion instructions for information so you can
assess whether it is a job you can do yourself.

If you require a dealer to fit it - then I suhhest installtion should take
around 2.5-4 hours depending on whether they have installed our kits
before.

Best Regards,

Tony forgot the attachment, but sent it as a 2nd email. If anyone on this board can tell me how to post that attachment onto the board for all to see, I'll post it. Thanks... Bill

A Throttle Rocker works just fine for me compared to that cost.
