We belong to a rider's club affiliated with the Honda Riders Club and are thinking about going to Honda Hoot 2005. It is in Knoxville, TN. Has anyone ever gone? The web site says "All makes and models welcome" and it looks like some nice riding and fun events. From the photos I've seen, scooters do attend.

When is that event going to be held? I'm not sure if it will be possible to go this year, but I have heard good things about that rally.

I've never been but I have friends who go every year and love it. From what they say, all makes are welcome and they have a large percentage of non-Honda riders.

I have gone for a day for the last three or four years. The people I spoke with where always friendly. I do think they care want you ride.

The dates are June 22-25 in Knoxville, TN. It looks and sounds like a lot of fun and it is centrally located for the whole country.

Honda Hoot

By all means, if you can go....go. I went last year (2004) and had a great time. There are vendors there for everything you ever saw advertised in the bike magazines (take lots of money). Every description of motorcycle and scooter was parked in this huge parking lot out at the Park. I've been to several of the famous bike rallys and the Hoot is right up there with the best.
