ok it's 75 here in atlanta, my daughter and son-inlaw are storing some things here while changing houses,one thing that is stored here is the shadow 600cc vlx i gave him a year ago after illness made my riding again a bit of question, well the 13 year old in me made we try both bikes on short runs to compare the two, for looks and sound the honda won hands down,but for sure drivability and handling/comfort the burgie is far and away the winner.....i love days off,lol

I had a shadow 600cc vlx --good bike, and I agree with your comments. I would add two things, while the Shadow is fun to ride the Burgman is funnier ( ). And no matter what size saddle bags (within reason) the burgman will haul more "stuff" also.
