Hey Guys,

I'm looking at changing my roller weights to Dr Pulley sliders for my Burgman 250 but are unsure of the standard roller weights. Some websites say they are 15grams and others say 23.
Would anyone know and be able to put me in the right direction?

Cheers Steve

How many rollers are there in the variator?

23 sounds pretty heavy (but I'm used to the 400 with 8 rollers @ 19gm ea).
But if the 250 has 6 rollers vs 8, then 23 equates to roughly 18 gms everything else being equal.

My 2006 model has 6 roller weights. I have taken them out measured & weighed them. They are 31grams each. 24mm diameter and 18mm in width.
