Brake problem solved

Just finished removing and replacing rear wheel after a tire change. (Thank you LeDude for your great videos). During test run my rear brake was dragging and it didn't take long to find the problem thanks to my service manual. The adjusting screw for the rear brake-lock mechanism was out of adjustment as I could not set the brake lever even to the first notch. Only took a minute to adjust and the brakes worked fine.
