I just installed a third brake light on my AN650. From memory the coding at the brake light socket is as follows:
Black wire w/white stripe - ground/- (this wire is on the side of the socket)
White wire w/black stripe - brake/+ (this is 1 of the wires in the nmiddle of the socket)
