My levers are set at "3" right now. Is there a way to figure out the best number? I know 1 and 2 are out. On my Burg 400 the levers were just fine.

Should I put my rear brake at 3 and my front brake at 4?

I wear size 8.0 gloves. Thanks.

Put them where they feel the most comfortable to you. Changing the adjustment does not affect the functioning of the brakes, just how easy they are for you to work.

You should be able to cover the brake with two fingers and have the two smaller ones around the grip. So turn it so your index and middle fingers can bend over the lever while gripping with the other two.

In our rush hour(s) traffic I have to cover the brakes and accell at the same time. Not easy at first.

I've found on our K9 650 that you might have right lever at a different number than the left lever. IIRC, our right lever is on 4 and the left is on 3 to make the travel equal.
