Cool. I made it up to 'Obesity' at 30.5.
Looks like Bill and I are the chubbies! I'm at 27.2! Burp.....uh - hand me another beer please!
Looks like I still need to lose 5 or 6 lbs.
I am now at 32.5, but in July of 2003 I was near 60! I had weight loss surgery and have lost nearly 200#. I rewarded myself with the 650 and started playing guitar too. Life is good....thinner! :D (Wife is happy too!)
I don't need to loose any weight...just grow 5 inches
All I can say is a wish my BMI was my age, since it's not --where's the diet page . :(
22.7? I'll have to work on that. :D

Steve
Oh - Steve!
SNAP!
I just had an idea! (...one of very few....)
Eat more and sit more. That'll do ya good!
Never mind..
I'm in at 24.0. Guess I better not eat another Bourbon Ball tonight.
To get my BMI down to what this chart says is normal I would have to weigh in at what I weighed 25 years ago; that ain't gon'a happen! :(
I check mine from time to time and it always tells me I need to lose weight.
23.5 here but I don't believe it. I think I'm less than that. I've lost a lot of weight and inches in the last 5 months but I've gained alot more muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat and these charts don't take into account the individuals personal condition.

Yes, I'm having trouble getting down to my original weight as well - 7 lbs. 8 ounces.

Good point. I've weighed as much as 167 (trying to get to 175), and that's when I was in the best physical shape of my life.

I'm 163 now, but I ain't near as lean as I've been.

Steve
28.5 for me. Oh well :(
Thank goodness someone thinks I'm normal.

Janine :)
