Good point. I've weighed as much as 167 (trying to get to 175), and that's when I was in the best physical shape of my life.allwalk said:23.5 here but I don't believe it. I think I'm less than that. I've lost a lot of weight and inches in the last 5 months but I've gained alot more muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat and these charts don't take into account the individuals personal condition.
