A couple of scooter riders are planning a bit of a meet-&-greet
in Bemidji, Minn. July 18 to 21. Local lady rider has offered
to be a hostess for a get-together in the area of the head-waters
of the Mississippi. We may even get to go over to see the river
& the State Park where it all begins.

I'm gonna miss yall by 2 weeks.
I love that area of the state and we have most of our family reunions at Itasca State Park (the beginning of the Mississippi river).
I will be in Hastings and then up to Mille Lacs lake the first of August for a mini reunion.
Hope yall have fun and bring bug spray. :thumbup:

I'm kind of surprised that there is no mention of this get together by Kevin & Co on the All Super Scooters Forum.

I wish you all safe journey. I'm looking forward to my own visit to Lake Itasca in August.

Got back home at about suppertime today. 1795 miles since I left.
Got to meet Paul Bunyan & Babe the Blue Ox in Bemidji at the Visitors Center.
Visited Itasca State Park, & got to walk across the Mississippi River...
about 12 feet across, at that point.
