Bad experience

I just wanted to share what I consider a poor online shopping experience. It was with G & S Suzuki ( out of Wichita Falls, Texas. On 2/14/13 I ordered a clutch idler bearing for my '09 400. Their confirmation email contained no tracking info so, on the 19th I called to get an expected delivery date. Turned out he part was just shipping out that day, almost a week after ordering. Of course, the bike is down all his time and I told them I was not at all happy with their level of service and would be sharing my experience with others so, here 'tis.

Well, All this free Shipping Madness, is just a cheap way to Deliver it? Avoid free Shipping at all Cost , Very Slow and takes forever to get here..
And all so no Shipping, tracking numbers,.
